Qantas become the world's first non-stop Sydney
Qantas become the world's first non-stop flight between North Australia to London.
People are desperate to reach their home amidst the coronavirus outbreak. The pandemic has created history with the non-stop flight of Qantas from Sydney via Darwin to reach London. It is for the first time in the world when a non-stop plane mounted to enter the United Kingdom from North Australia. All the Aussie airlines have been stopped due to travel ban and restrictions.
Generally, the QF1 of Qantas usually reached the Heathrow Airport of London from Sydney with a halt at Darwin and Singapore. But, Singapore has banned all the travel transit in the country which made the Aussie airlines to decide on non-stop flight from the northern territory of Australia. The flight got refueled in Darwin and then took off from Darwin to reach Heathrow on Wednesday, March 25, creating a history. The decision has been taken to take Brits home at the time of the pandemic.
