Under the partnership, Mootiv’s Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) solution will get integrated into Cubic’s own mobile Travellers app, which will deliver service alerts, information about nearby transport service lines, multimodal trip planning capabilities, and real-time arrival information. Transit options, along with the ticketing feature based on cost and trip duration, will be available as per the report. The app will be available for all Cubic’s customers, including public transit agencies in Brisbane, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, San Francisco, and Washington, DC. Studio apartments are good options for first time home buyers in 2020.
Tiny downtown studios are good options for those who are buying home in Sydney for the first time. However, a little help from mom and dad’s bank will be necessary. Ty Demirezen, who is an agent with Ray White Woollahra, said that a 24 m² studio on the top floor of a Spanish mission block costs around $350,000. It is one of the cheapest options available in Redfern. The area is amazingly good, and professionals, along with people who are trying to get rid of rental scenarios, are taking an interest in such low-cost options. As the price of the unit is less than $650,000, the first-time buyer will not have to pay the stamp duty as well. The group of this size is, however, not an easy option to finance as the banks prefer to give loans on apartments with at least 40 m² sizes. Many first time buyers are turning towards their parents for help who have a lot of equity with them. The children get the house and payback to parents.
