A man burnt his wife because she wanted Sydney
44 year old Sydney dweller Kulwinder Singh denied in the NSW court, he had killed his 32 year old wife in 2013. Parwinder Kaur, the wife, told his, she's going to leave him, so he burnt her in petrol after this and a quarrel about money. It was told by the judge Chris Maxwell, he added, Kaur wanted to change her banking details to her salary wouldn't be recieved by her husband. Singh had only about 95 dollars in his bank account. 90% of the body was burnt, Singh said, she had done it by herself. But the judge informed, the woman wasn't in that state of mind to kill herself. The expert evidence also shows, that burns can't be seld-initiated. In coclusion Kulwinder Singh has been recognized as guilty in the crime of murder.
