A man accused in killing a girl, says he Sydney
52 year old Vinzent Tarantino was charged for killing a 12 year old girl Quanne Diec. She left her home in Granville, it's not far from Sydney, in 1998, went to school and has never been found. Tarantino himself didn't admit, he was guilty and had any relation to the case. His ex-girlfriend Laila Faily had told the court before, that he raped, killed and brought the girl's body into a wheelie bin in the National Park. Tarantino says, it is the worst lie about him, he also adds, that there were only guns and cocaine in that bin.
In 2016 Tarantino said, he strangled the girl, but it was lie, as he was afraid of bikies, which can avenge for triple murder at Blackmarket Cafe in 1997. He had even post-traumatic disorder after the fight in the night club, as bikies threatened his family. On the day of killing, he and his girlfriend hid drugs and weapon near the Princes Highway, and his girlfriend accused him in hiding Quanne's body. Some experts informed, Tarantino had problems with mental health. The trial continues.

A 45-year-old Vietnamese woman tried to bring more than 4 kg of undeclared and uncooked pork and other food with her to the airplane. It was the first traveller from another country, who had been deported under a new law intended to keep African swine fever out of the country. The woman was stopped at the airport to check her luggage, where it was found 4.6 kg of pork, half a kilo of eggs, fruit, garlic and seafood. The uncooked pork is especially dangerous because of widespread fever.
Recently the Migration Act has changed and now allows governments to cancel visitor visas up to three years, who violate the grounds of biosecurity. The Agriculture Minister says, African swine fever was one of the main factors in toughening the law. The ASF is, probably, the worst disease for animals and agriculture. That's why, carriers, who transport undeclared meet may not come to Australia for 3 years now. "We need to keep our pest-and-disease-free status as a country, strong," says Federal Agriculture Minister. She said Australia needed to make sure that the disease did not reach our country and did not affect local industry. For example, there were 157 seizures during last two weeks.
On October 9 a snake skin was found at a construction site near Torumba Circuit. It was supposed, that a dangerous 2.5 meter boa is around the Cascades Estate residential complex in Silverdale. The government is still trying to find and capture the animal and asks anyone, who saw it or its marks to report, but in any case not to come close to the snake or not to make any contact. This boa is one of the biggest species,probably, it doesn't have poison but suffocates, so it is dangerous for everyone, especially for little children. If the snake is captured, it will be brought to veterinarian and examined, what it ate, where it was and if it had any dangerous diseases.

The dispute was dragged to the federal court, and there have been accusations of inferior quality of craftsmanship and broken relationships. The bitterness started in the company after the company was sold to MC2. MC2 is a company based in the Cayman Islands.
One of the emails which got presented in the federal court shows Graham Porter, one of the directors of MC2 describing Jonathan Morris, another director of the company as a poison which must be removed from the company. Morris was responsible for running the yacht company McConaghy along with his partner Mark Evans, who also was the co-owner of the company.
Officers from Biosecurity officers found freshly shed snakeskin in the suburbs of Sydney. The officers who were inspecting the area and believe that a giant BOA is roaming free in the area. Officers fear that the dangerous creature might be roaming freely in the Cascade Estate, the residential complex of Silverdale. Officers found the skin at a construction site in the area.
The government of New South Wales has warned the resident of the area about the potential danger. A full-size BOA, on average, grows to the height of 3m. The South American species is not allowed in Australia. It is not legal to keep a BOA anywhere outside a zoo as it has the capability of keeping people and Animals. The NSW government is trying different methods to locate the snake in the area and is working hard to capture it. Any sightings of a BOA should be reported immediately.
The renters in Sydney are enjoying some of the best conditions because of the property investment boom. In around 55 suburbs, the cost of renting has reduced and currently at the lowest point in the last five years. Based on the report published by Domain Rental for the September Quarter, the price has dropped by up to one-quarter in the past one year.
According to Eliza Owan, who is a Domain research analyst, this is the sharpest annual decline in the past 15 years. At some point, the rent is expected to go back up again. As the purchasing prices will go up in the coming months, it is expected to see the rent rising. The drop is notable at the most in Greenwich, where around a 24.8% decrease in the rent has been noticed.

The judge gave Alexander Campbell an opportunity to drive only to his work. He is waited for in the court in January.
54 year old woman Lina Di Falco put the law on Emirates airlines, as they refused to bring her some water during the flight from Melbourne on March 2015. It caused her fainting and hurting her leg. Di Falco's mother informs, the daughter feels constant pains in her ankle and doesn't allow her to go in for her favourite occupation. On the board Di Falco asked for enough water four times, but didn't get it, on her way to bathroom she felt dizzy and fainted. When she came back to Melbourne, her doctor confirmed a broken ankle. The woman demanded a compensation from Emirates, but has got rejection from the court. The injury made her unhappy, Lina says, she divorced and withdrew from friends because of it.
In September 2018 two brothers, Dominic, 28, and 25-year-old Sam Walker, and their friend Benjamin Fitt were celebrating Richmond's final victory over the Hawthorn at the MCG. These are Melbourne QC Tim Walker's sons, graduated from the Xavier College. They were intoxicated at the celebration and argued with two other elderly and drunk men, David Raeside and Len Tricarico, because of taxi. David Raeside received numerous kicks from Walkers, bleeding on the brain and broken facial bones. Tricarico broke his arm and needs now surgery on his wrist and expariences the post-traumatic stress disorder. The prosecutors say these men's behavior was absolutely unacceptable. The attack was so cruel, that now attackers can't watch the video of the fight.
The men admitted, they were guilty, but they may never be in jail, because of a plea deal between their lawyers and prosecutors. They have been charged for nine crimes, but a judge accepted only two. The father of attackers Tim Walker is behind this case, he gives the lawyers instructions and does everything for his sons not to be behind bars.

Kolkata: American Indian economist Abhijit Banerjee won the 2019 Nobel prize in economic science on 14th October. On this special occasion, Javed Akhtar posted on social media and congratulated the Abhijit Banerjee.
Javed Akhtar compared Abhijit Banerjee to Guru Dev and Amartya Sen for having made India and Bengal proud.

58-year-old Abhijit Banerjee completed his education from the University of Calcutta, Jawaharlal Nehru University, and Harvard University. Abhijit Banerjee is currently the Ford foundation international professor of economics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He also wrote four books and several articles.
Kolkata: The Number of patients suffering from dengue as been reportedly increased from late September.
This year five people have lost their lives so far from dengue. The number of patients that as being admitted for dengue fever is increasing every passing day. It indicates that the virus is very much active in the metro city.
A fourteen-year-old boy succumbed to the disease on Thursday morning in a city hospital. He got dengue when he recently visited his relatives in Kolkata's Elliott road. The victim, Nurul Hassan, tested positive for (IgM), which is an antibody test for dengue. Hassan's death certificate mentioned the cause of death is due to Dengue shock syndrome. Hassan's death has taken the dengue toll to five in Kolkata.
The entomologist has warned against storing water in any container for more than seven days.
