Five Australian cruise ship was reprovisioned from Sydney harbour overnight after the Ruby Princess case. The ships were sent out of the port under "Operation Nemesis" amidst the coronavirus pandemic. The NSW police conducted the operation on Sunday afternoon, April 5 to dock out two ships the Spectrum of the Seas and the Radiance of the Seas. The negligence of the authority after the Ruby Princess cruise docked into the Sydney Harbour put several lives in danger.
Earlier, five cruises were taken out of Sydney harbour to follow the guidelines set by the NSW government. Three ships, i.e., the Celebrity Solstice, the Voyager of the Seas and the Ovation of the Seas entered Sydney harbour on Saturday. These ships will leave Sydney after the November if 780 crew members through the boat. Operation Nemesis is the most massive peacetime maritime operation, successfully launched at Sydney harbour.

The NSW Health has united with St. Vincent's Hospital to open a coronavirus drive-through testing site at one of the major hotspots of Sydney. A new clinic will open on Monday, April 6, at Bondi Beach. The clinic will be operated in Park Drive North in the car park of Bondi Beach to diagnose people with symptoms of coronavirus disease. The testing will take place every day from 9 am to 4 pm with the facility of testing in the car.

A group of backpackers, flouting the social distancing rules publicly, caused exasperation of a Sydney resident. The group which include seven men and female gathered outside the Sydney Backpackers Hostel on Friday night, April 3. An infuriated citizen captured them disobeying the social distance rules openly in the city's CBD. The man asked them to maintain the rules to combat coronavirus pandemic. But, they laughed to scorn and pretended to cough, which got filmed in the video.
The resident shared the video on social media saying, "Australia is my home, and yet these backpackers keep harassing people in my community." In that video, one of the young tourists called the man 'racists'. The similar case was also reported a week ago in which the backpackers were partying at Bondi Beach. On Friday, the Prime Minister asked the backpackers and tourists to return home in this time of crisis.
Maritime operations on Sydney harbour to remove cruise ships.
The officials of Sydney harbour has started escorting the cruise ships from the port amidst coronavirus outbreak. After the case of Ruby Princess cruise ships, the administrators have got concerned for this global pandemic. Hundreds of coronavirus cases have been confirmed who travelled on this crown-class cruise ship. The New South Wales police launched 'Operation Nemesis' to usher the cruise ships including Ruby Princess from the harbour overnight.
It is the most significant maritime operation in Sydney Harbour to reduce the risk of coronavirus infection. It is the first such operation in the Australian peacetime whose idea got developed after the case of Ruby Princess cruise ship in which the passengers were allowed to go out of the harbour without coronavirus diagnosis. New cases of coronavirus infection have come up from three high schools in Sydney. St Mary's Senior High School, Kambala School and Wiley Park Girls High School of Sydney have been closed after the discovery of coronavirus cases. These schools were temporarily closed on Thursday, April 2, for cleaning and sanitization. Two staff members, each from Kambala School and Wiley Park Girls High School and a student of St Mary's Senior High School, were tested positive for coronavirus.
The NSW Department of Education has taken the reins of these new cases of coronavirus in Sydney schools. The schools are advised to conduct the contact tracing process to reduce the number of transmitted cases. Meanwhile, the students and other staff members of these schools have been asked for self-isolation as a safety measure. The schools of Sydney are directed to follow the social distancing and other standards to stay protected from this deadly virus.

Latest update of coronavirus cases in Perth.
Premier Mark McGowan updated the new instances of coronavirus in Perth city. He reported 17 new cases overnight making a total of 453 cases in the state. The new cases revealed are between 26 and 78 years. McGowan gave the details of the patients saying that nine of the infected people are related to overseas travel while three of them belongs to the Ruby Princess cruise ship. The case of Ruby Princess cruise ship rises controversially in Australia due to the negligence of the authority taking coronavirus testing at the harbour.
Fifty-nine people have been confirmed to have coronavirus in the Perth hospitals out of which eighteen patients are kept under intensive care. NSW Public Health had four deaths of men aged 61, 76, 80 and 91, which has made a total of 34 death tolls in Australia. Out of 34 deaths in Australia, 16 fatalities are from New South Wales, which is a significant concern for the state. The NSW Health executive director Dr Jeremy McAnulty confirmed the deaths in the state on Sunday, April 5. He also expressed sorrow for the deaths and rendered condolences to the families.
Health Minister Brad Hazzard reported 87 new confirmed cases of coronavirus, which made a total of 2,580 cases in NSW. The deputy chief medical officer has urged the citizens to follow the restrictions to slow down the coronavirus transmission as the crisis is not over. Currently, a total of 5,544 cases have been reported in the entire country.
Flouting of social distancing rule at car rally of Brisbane.
Chief Health Officer Jeannette Young announced some measures to combat the spread of coronavirus in the city. However, these rules were violated during the car rally in Rochedale, South Brisbane. The Queensland police issued around $1,334 fines for the infringement of the notices imposed by the government.
The state disaster coordinator Steve Gollschewski has reported that the scene at the car rally was outrageous as such public gatherings can contribute to a sleek rise in the curve of coronavirus cases. He warned the people in Queensland that the appalling behaviour seen on Saturday night will not be tolerated as it can out many lives at risk.
