The protests against climate change by Extinction Rebellion are continuing for four days all around the country. The have created chaos and traffic clutter in the biggest cities of Australia. The speaker at the Australian Cyber Conference in Melbourne was asked to change a little his speech about the law of Australian anti-encryption, after they had fired the other two speakers who made reports regarding violations at the last minute. The organisers ordered Ted Ringrose, partner with legal advice firm Ringrose Siganto, to edit his talk and was sent with a 'correct' version. He said, they don't agree with a comparison between Australia’s legislation laws and China’s. It was told, though Australia looks worse, in fact, it is as bad.
Ringrose refused censorship and the organizators let him present his speech as planned. It contradicts the desicions related to speeches by US whistleblower Thomas Drake.
On Tuesday, it became known that the former head of the National Security Agency, who exposured Drake, along with Dreyfus was removed from the agenda of the conference, which Drake called the “Orwellian” step of the conference partner, the Australian Cybersecurity Center. That step was labelled as 'weird'. On the second day of the conference, which was attended by 3,500 people in Melbourne, the technologist Schneier said that for Drake and Dreyfus it was a "very strange story" to ban speaking at this event, because the speeches themselves were not absolutely controversial.
The conference has also banned journalists to be there, though it was nothing unpublished before there.

München: Bündnis will Grünflächen-Regelung wieder einführen

PHOENIX–Utah Attorney General's Office officials today announced the allegation of human trafficking and baby selling on the part of Maricopa County Assessor Paul D. Petersen. Officials in Utah said that in California, Petersen was arrested and charged with carrying out an illegal adoption scheme where he abducted, delivered, and made a fee to women who were pregnant from the Pacific Islands to give up babies for adoption in the United States.
Officials of Utah suspect Petersen of shipping over 40 pregnant women to Utah during the last three years, and that, in the sense of a long history of adoption-related abuse of Pacific islands, adoptions between the United States and the Marshall Islands were prohibited by an arrangement between the two nations.
Utah investigators said that in concurrent inquiries of the program they worked closely with prosecutors in California, Arkansas, and the Marshall Islands State. While the Arizona authorities are still not issuing a statement, the FOX 10 has discovered that officials at the Arizona Office of the Prosecutor-General have brought 32 charges of collusion, deceptive schemes and artifices, extortion, false plans and practices, and forgery against Petersen and other identified Lynwood Jennet. The articles are published on 7 October.
The Marshallese women, in order to be equipped with medical services through the Arizona Health Care Coasting System (AHCCS), are wrongly portrayed, according to the indictment by officials from Arizona. Petersen and Jennet have been credited with helping women flee Arizona once women gave birth, and on several occasions, the woman moved to the Marshall Islands. The Petersen home and office in Mesa was allegedly subjected to searches.
The details and confidentiality of Twitter Advertising were listed as being a Private Adoption Attorney for 15 years on Petersen's website by 17 people. Petersen was elected to the Office by a special election in 2014 and was again returned to the board in 2016, according to the County Assessor's website. Petersen also received around 70 percent of the vote in votes in November 2014, against the nominee for Libertarian Party documents held by the Maricopa County Recorder's Office. He was the only candidate to win over 98% of the votes in the 2016 campaign.
Members with the United States “The Arkansas District Attorney General's Office” today reports that a news conference will be conducted late Wednesday morning (Arizona time). Tuesday night. In the meantime, Utah authorities are also expected to have a news conference to discuss the matter on Wednesday.
