Yesterday one of the Melbourne gangland figures was arrested and then released without any accusation as officers continue to examine a series of shootings throughout the city. Nabil Maghnie was detained by detectives after yesterday’s arrest of Comanchero, who was accused of killing a man. Nabil was also accused in killing Mitat Rasimi. In return he said, he had no idea what had happened to that Rasimi, ne didn't even know he had been killed.
51-year-old Rasimi is a convicted felon with known ties to the Melbourne gangland, had been found dead in his own car with gunshot injures in March.
A police officer proved yesterday that officers presented a warrant to search the house in eastern Melbourne. Maghnie, who lives there, was taken to the police station for interrogation and since that time has been released without accusation.

21-year-old Cody Herrmann is about to find out how much time he will spend in prison for raping and killing a foreign 21-year-old student as she walked home through suburban Melbourne. The killer beat Aiia Maasarwe on the head with a metal stick about13 times, raped her, covered her with a flammable spray and set her afire on January 16 in Bandura. The girl was talking on the phone with her sister in Israel when Herrmann attacked.
Prosecutor Patrick Bourke interviewed the killer about sentencing to life imprisonment for a "vicious, cruel and depraved" attack that showed "complete disregard for the humanity of the victim." But Herrmann's lawyer had previously told the Victoria Supreme Court that the young man deserves some compassion because he had a personality disorder caused by an extremely traumatic childhood, and this distorted his view of the world. Tim Marsh said that Herrmann may have done a cruel thing, but he was not a monster and led an unusually unfavorable life.
Ms. Maasarwe’s overseas family, is expected to participate in the court. “Our compass is not revenge. I hope justice takes these people away from the community, ” said the vistim's father Saeed on Sunday in Melbourne. A university scholarship was created in honor of Ms. Maasarwe, who studied at La Trobe when she died.

Police accused a Sydney woman was accused in trying to kidnap a two-year-old kid from the mall in Bankstown on Wednesday .
Right away after 12.45 PM, the woman was staying with her little son in a cafe inside the mall when a strange woman came up to the boy. The woman took the kid’s hand and tried to take him away. The boy’s mother pursued the woman and captured her son, convincing the unknown woman to escape from the scene.
Later police were informed of the occasion, and a search has started. Next day police arrested the woman in the same shopping centre and accused in attempt to seize a child. Tomorrow she is facing the court.
Yesterday a 31-year-old man has been nearly killed near his home in his own car in Sydney. After it he was taken to hospital with severe injures. It was not the first time Jae Tregear has been shot this year.
The first time was at the beginning of the year. Two men tried to kill Tregear in the middle of the day. The second time was yesterday. The attackers ran away by a stolen car. Police is investigating the place now, trying to find some evidence. They suppose Mr Tregear and these accidents can be connected with some Sydney gangs. The strange thing is one of the attackers didn't shoot Tregear, being close to him. The investigations are continuing.
A 24-year-old party organizer has been accused in five crimes connected with drug trading. Danielle Hogan was allegedly part of the drug trading circle Dial-a-dealer. Yesterday she has been arrested and refused in granted bail. The court claims, she was paricipating in trading illegal stuff in Sydney for some months this year.
Dial-a-dealer had already dealed with the police before. Even Strike Force Northrop was founded to avoid and stop constant supply of drugs in the state and the country. 55 people from that drug circle have been charged with this case this year. Согласно поступившей информации во время сегодняшнего пожара в Бишкеке пострадало семь детей. На данный момент все они находятся в городской больнице с разными степенями ожогов и травм. Среди этих детей четверо несовершеннолетние, три девочки в возрасте два года, одиннадцать и десять лет. А так же мальчик в возрасте шести лет вместе с матерью. По заверениям врачей на данный момент они находятся вне опасности, их состояние постепенно улучшается.
В центр травматологии были доставлены 3 мальчика, одному двенадцать лет, другому четырнадцать и третьему пятнадцать. У всех наблюдаются разные степени ожогов, а так же повреждения мягких частей тканей. Сейчас они нуждаются в отдыхе и находятся под наблюдением врачей.
Спасибо деяниям прокуратуры, администрации и иных органов в Сочи ввели в использование долгострой.
