Last several weeks have been very humid and wet for Melbourne and all the state. That happened because of the tropical cyclone which covered mostly New South Wales and partly Victoria.
Well, this week is to bring more heat. A new cyclone is moving towards Melbourne side. It displaces all the humidity to the South. So, the weather changes might come on Thursday or Friday. Meteorologists say it is not typical for Melbourne to have such long terms of heat. Short periods of high temperature are more common for Victoria.
Next week is expected to bring a new dry season.

A woman crashed her car because of panic
Yesterday at night a shooting took place in Melbourne. A shot got into the car of a 20-year-old woman in the southern part of the city. She became fearful and turned her car not in the right corner and smashed it into the pillar. Emergency services were called by the witnesses, who heard some loud sounds outside. Police came to the place and found the damaged car. They are investigating now. It is unknown why exactly this woman became a gain of the shooting. Fortunately, she avoided injures and needed no medical help.

Another Melbourne resident is infected with coronavirus
A 21-year-old woman from Melbourne together with her family had a rest on the ship near China. Later she had been announced ill with coronavirus. She and her family were departed to Japan for quarantine. The woman is desperate about this and her only wish is to be back home in Melbourne. Unfortunately, she is not able to do this as the government has forbidden any flights from China to Australia, especially for the infected. The other members of her family are not infected.
On that ship approximately 130 cases of infecting with coronavirus. There can be more Australians than it is known now. Every passenger had to be in their room for more than a week to avoid risk of infecting.
Robbery in Southern Melbourne
Yesterday just before midnight a group of young men broke into a supermarket. They were trying to assault the crew and demanded something, after that they stole some bottles with alcohol drinks. That has been shown by CCTV.
They filled a basket but did not want to pay. The men got angry when the crew were going to arrest them. The burglars went out of the store but before it they bet the shop assistant. Another shop assistant followed them before the criminals threatened him with a knife.
During the accident no employee has suffered. Police have come to the place and assumed that the security system in the shop must be bigger.

Closure of a famous Melbourne store
Kmart is one of the most famous stores in Melbourne. It has been such for almost forty years till now. The owners said it is no longer such famous as earlier and they can't even pay the lease. They said the store would be closed in November 2020 after the contact with the mall runs out. More than 100 people have worked there and after the closure they would have work places.
Moving of the shop is also impossible. Other owners have bought the place for more than 60 million dollars. The crisis forced Kmart to be removed. Its economics, as well as others companies, have suffered. Other Kmart shops in other Australian cities do not plan to move.
CS:GO tournament in Melbourne
FaZe Clan coach Yanko YNk complained that teams would not be able to prepare for CSEM: IEM Melbourne 2020. This is due to the fact that the start of the tournament is planned the day after the break for professional players.
Summer vacation for players will be held in the summer. To have time to fly to Melbourne, teams from Europe must fly to the venue on August 15. The coach noted that the clubs will perform without practice or they will need to interrupt their vacation two weeks earlier, as it was in January.

Shooting in Melbourne kebab shop
A 56-year-old owner of a popular kebab shop in Melbourne have been shot by an unknown man. He and his family had just returned from the celebration home. There they were waited for by a criminal. When the couple came to the house the criminal shot the owner's foot. The man fell down to cover his wife. The shooter said no word and drove away with a white car, which was parked in the yard. There was another man in the car. Police consider the car was waiting for all day.
Now the victim is undergoing treatment in hospital with a serious injure. Police are investigating the case and trying to understand motives of the shooting. CCTV was not working at the moment of the attack, so if you have any related information turn to a police department.

Tony Mufutau Oluwatoyin Bakare allegedly filed thousands of false claims with the federal government agency during 2014 and 2017. On an opening day, his Brisbane District Court trial on Monday, the prosecutor claimed the prominent GP had received monetary benefits for providing services to several patients who had already died, or when he was overseas.
The investigator who looked into his dealings gave evidence that she found more than 7500 of such cases. They informed the court that the benefits paid into the accused’s bank accounts were close to $360,000. They added that the software medical practices might use to make online claims was set up to automatically infill the date a service is lodged to make the work easier. Bakare has pleaded not guilty to a single count of obtaining financial advantage by deception.

A global recruitment firm has asked its employees to stay home until next week after a member of stay was feared to has been exposed to Coronavirus. According to the reports, some of their family visited a facility in Asia that is trying to contain Coronavirus. The staff of Dublin and Sydney office in Australia was asked to stay home, fearing the virus spread. The spokesperson of the company said that there had been no confirmed case of infection, but they have asked the employees to stay home as a precaution.

Mumbai: Govt approves 10 more Shiv Bhojan centres
Buoyed by the reaction to the state's lead sponsored nourishment scheme, Shiv Bhojan, the Maha Vikas Aghadi government Monday affirmed 10 new canteens in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane under the plan.
On January 26, Thackeray had rolled his pet plan across 100 centers in the state.
Inside a month, 39 new centers have been opened, authorities said.
While an aggregate of 10 centers were at first opened in Mumbai and neighboring Thane, Navi Mumbai, and Mira Bhayander, Controller of Rationing and Director of Civil Supplies (Mumbai) Kailash Pagare said that 10 additional spots — six in Mumbai, one each in Navi Mumbai, Kalyan, and Ulhasnagar — were endorsed on Monday.

Railways to install CCTV cameras in accident-prone Mumbra to Kalwa stretch
The Central Railway (CR) will introduce a CCTV camera among Mumbra and Kalwa to screen an accident spot, recognized as kilometer number 36/4. The move comes after an individual was murdered and two others were harmed when the men fell off a local train between Mumbra and Kalwa on February 5, authorities said.
Other than introducing a CCTV camera, CR is additionally wanting to force a speed limitation on the stretch. In any event, 10 mishaps have been accounted for inside the one-km stretch among Mumbra and Kalwa up until now, authorities said.
"We are attempting to find out with respect to what causes mishaps on the stretch so measures can be taken to control fatalities," Senior Divisional Security Commissioner for RPF (CR), KK Asharaf said.

В подразделении вневедомственной охраны по Альметьевскому району Росгвардии по РТ прошло мероприятие, посвященное памяти сотрудников правоохранительных органов, погибших при исполнении служебного долга.
В этот день действующие сотрудники и ветераны ОВО по сложившейся традиции собрались вместе, чтобы вспомнить погибших и умерших коллег. Они побывали на могилах майора милиции Игоря Данилова, капитана милиции Сергея Клишина и старшины милиции Владимира Долгова, где возложили цветы и провели небольшой импровизированный траурный митинг. Весной прошлого года, по инициативе ветеранов подразделения, в местах захоронений погибших коллег - командира роты Игоря Данилова и милиционера-водителя Владимира Долгова - были демонтированы старые и установлены новые памятники. Обновленные надгробия были изготовлены на личные денежные пожертвования ветеранов отдела. На двух кладбищах, где похоронены милиционеры, собрался младший и средний начальствующий личный состав, ветераны, родственники и друзья погибших.
Командир роты ОВО при УВД города Альметьевска Игорь Данилов и милиционер-водитель того же подразделения Владимир Долгов трагически погибли 7 февраля 1997 года в результате взрыва и последующего пожара, произошедшего в административном здании подразделения. Взрыв потряс здание до основания, разрушив целое его крыло и два этажа, где находился пункт централизованной охраны. Накануне один из сотрудников задержал гражданина с канистрой похищенного бензина и канистру эту, плохо закрытую, оставил в кладовке. Через некоторое время другой милиционер, войдя в подсобное помещение, почувствовал запах бензина и решил выключить горевший свет. Проскочившая в выключателе электрическая искра и привела к взрыву бензиновых паров. На командира роты майора милиции Игоря Данилова, находившегося в соседней с каптеркой комнате, налетела входная дверь. Водителя Владимира Долгова, стоявшего у служебной автомашины во дворе, сильно ударило оторвавшейся от окна решеткой. Данилову шел 32-й год, а Долгову было слегка за сорок. В результате полученных травм оба скончались, практически, на месте. Капитан милиции Сергей Клишин умер в результате болезни 27 июля 2011 года.
У могил сослуживцев отставники – подполковник полиции Владимир Усанов, майор полиции Ильмира Хусаинова и старший лейтенант Ильдар Рахманов поделились воспоминаниями, касающихся жизненного пути безвременно ушедших из жизни коллег и подробностях их гибели. В свою очередь, росгвардейцы заверили, что всегда будут помнить и хранить память об этих людях. Как отмечали выступавшие, профессия защитника правопорядка – одна из самых опасных, рискованных, поэтому не всегда обходится без боевых потерь. «Память о наших сотрудниках останется не только в сердцах сослуживцев и родственников, но и будущего поколения правоохранителей», - заверили собравшиеся.
