After the operation, Argent was discharged from the hospital, and he "continued to experience pain, was unable to give up, and became increasingly worse," the lawsuit stated.

Argent collapsed at 1:50 p.m. His girlfriend called 911 and did a CPR until the paramedics arrived. Argent was taken to the Rose Medical Center where he was found "in respiratory failure with renal failure and lactic acidosis."
The Rose CT scan revealed "hypoperfusion to the stomach, spleen, and intestines, and also free air in the uterus and blood concentrated in the belly," according to the complaint. Argent passed away at 7:17 p.m.
Millard could not be reached for a statement on Friday night. Nurse Lynsey Jolain Conder and an anesthesiologist Dr. Dan Charles Rogers are also called plaintiffs in the case. The says that the three plaintiffs refused to provide care and treatment "in a secure and responsible manner." Furthermore, the lawsuit says all three were negligent by failing to properly evaluate and treat Argent’s postoperative “life-threatening condition.”
