The fortitude Valley hotel has been sold as a freehold going concern, which means that both the building, bottle shop, live music venue, and all existing bars are included in this sale. According to the Financial Review, Sydney pair Simon Tilley and Nick Wills purchased this Elephant Hotel. Family met with a Car fire incident.
A family of 5 members, Man, and woman with their 3 children, met with a horrific car fire that killed man, Rown Baxter, and 3 children on the spot. Woman, Hannah Baxter has been hospitalized with severe burns. The family has been identified as a Brisbane Couple. The Couple worked in Brisbane’s fitness industry, running Integr8 fitness in Capalaba. Queensland Police detective Mark Thompson said it was a horrific scene.

Police find Vehicle fully alight when emergency services arrived. Police are not sure about this accident that it was a murder, suicide, or an accident. The person who helped Hannah came out from the car also hospitalized because of fire burns.
Second man charged for Louis Vuitton ram raid in Brisbane.
The second man was charged by the detectives in connection to a ram raid and theft at the Louis Vuitton store in the heart of Brisbane last week. According to the reports, a stolen white BMW station wagon was reversed repeatedly into the security doors of the store located on Queen Street at around 4 AM. Two men got out of the car and stole many luxury items, including handbags worth thousands of dollars.
The burnt-out vehicle was later found in Tiffany Street, Browns Plains, about 22km south of the Brisbane CBD. Police have arrested a 30-year-old Western Australian man in connection with the crime. He is due to appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court on Tuesday. On Monday, police confirmed they had arrested and charged a 49-year-old Browns Plainsman with entering premises to commit an indictable offense. He appeared in the Brisbane Magistrates Court the same day and is due to reappear on March 16.

Desperate farmers to protest against flawed Inland Rail routes in Brisbane.
According to the reports, more than 200 farmers, along with other community members, are planning to gather in Brisbane to protest what they are calling a flawed Inland Rail route across the Condamine River floodplain. Farmers of Darling Downs will lead the protests. They are calling on the National federal party to rule out the proposed route immediately. They want to government to develop an alternative way as it will have less impact on the $10 billion projects.
The said project will connect Melbourne and Brisbane by a high capacity rail line. Those alternatives include redeveloping the existing rail corridor passing near Warwick, a route through the Felton Valley, and a low impact route mostly through forest country west of Millmerran. A delegation headed by floodplain farmers and Millmerran Rail Group chairman Wes Judd will then meet with Mr. Albanese to further discuss their concerns.
NSW Police found nothing in 88 percent of their researches.
In 88 percent of 211,000 personal searches conducted under the force’s quota by NSW Police. 26,300 searches had been conducted on children under 18, data taken by the Herald from the Bureau of Criminal and Researches statistics. 90 percent of researches came up empty. Lecturer of Law School said, “If searches are being done for a good purpose, you would expect to find something.”
President of the NSW Police Association said, “There should a workable balance between proactive and reactive police.” Police should give additional safeguards for children and vulnerable people, said an NSW Police spokeswoman. In Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island, 17,533 searches were conducted but found nothing. A professor in criminology noted that crime rates had been decreased for the last few years, so why they are doing it.

This makes exercise and recreation more interactive and monitors the rehabilitation process of the patients. Fitbit is the most commonly used device for this technique. This survey was conducted at different hospitals of Sydney and Adelaide on 300 people age between 18 to 101.
Man died in a shipping box
Police informs that a 40-year-old Melbourne resident has been recently found dead after unloading the shipping box. There were some stone sheets in the container and a man found himself trapped when they crushed him down. That was the container with kitchen equipment. Melbourne's emergency services came to the place after the call and take the man's body out of the box. They needed big staff as it was a hard mission. Relatives of the died were also at the place. Another sufferer has been taken into hospital.
Police said it is already the seventh death at the working place this year.

Phillip Stevens, former police officer, was forced to quit his job after he gets a botched shoulder surgery at a private Leeds hospital. Steven sued the NHS owing to his botched surgery by Michael Walsh. He is one of the nine patients of Walsh who is facing this situation. Walsh worked in Spire Leeds Hospital and Leeds Nuffield Hospital and got accused of9 screwed-up surgeries between 2013 to 2018.
Mr. Stevens, aged 61, was facing shoulder pain and complications in its mobility. He went under a shoulder replacement surgery by Walsh, which made his condition even worse than before. NHS has acknowledged his report and admitted that the surgery was conducted in inappropriate conditions. Since his pain is devastating and unbearable, he is left with no option other than leaving the job.
Splendour got questioned for a lack of female headliners.
Splendour gave a pleasant surprise with its presence in a music festival on Wednesday morning in the Grass. Gender parity in the music festival was commonly seen two years ago. Recently, Splendour came into a music festival and showed just 34 percent of acts with at least one female member. The festival received criticism online due to lack of non-male headliners.

Army headquarters will soon shift to Delhi Cantonment
Army Headquarters is being made in Delhi Cantonment. The foundation stone of the building will be laid on the ground of the building being built for this headquarters on Friday, for this, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh will reach Delhi Cantonment on Friday.
At present, the headquarters of the Army in South Block will soon be shifted to Delhi Cantonment. South Block, North Block, Viceroy House (now Rashtrapati Bhavan) and Parliament House on Raisina Hill were built in 1912 when Delhi became the capital.
The Union Urban Housing and Urban Ministry said in January that the museum would be built in the South and North blocks under the government redevelopment plan. Presently, South Block has PMO, Ministry of Defense and Ministry of External Affairs while North Block has offices of Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Finance.
