Both new and old properties went under a fall in prices.
Older ones hold their yard whereas the new ones were off the books even before they could get a fair pricing.
Real estate gets a good phase when it comes to blocking built houses, which get the right amount for what they are worthy of.
Buyers are a little bit confident as they witness a 0.3% increase in the prices of houses. Apart from that, overall property rates go down day by day.

On Friday Afternoon, Sydney's temperatures dropped as a cold front came in from South of NSW. After a long weekend, the weather changed, and strong winds sent temperatures. Around midday, the city reached highs of above 30 degrees and dropped to 18 degrees after 5:30 PM.
The Observatory Hill of Sydney reached 32 degrees after midday and dropped to 19 Degrees after 5:30 PM. However, Penrith reached 33 degrees in midday and dropped to 19 degrees in the evening.
Abrar Shabren, a forecaster from the Bureau of Meteorology, said, this changed because a cold front came in from the south of the state. He also said the temperatures would go high by the evening. At this time of the year, it is reasonable to move from Spring to Summer.
The developers in Sydney are making millions by selling air. In the past year, thousands of square meters of air space is sold. Last week the developers finished the project of $1 billion in Martin Place which involved a pricey patch of sky.
Private developers, like Lendlease, have bought more than 12,000 square meters of air space for $1500 per square meter.
The city is hoping to sell 38,000 square meters of air or a heritage space, like Qantas House, a heritage building on Hunter St.
Earlier, in 2017, the government of NSW got $50 million for the air space above the entrance of the Wynyard walk.
The empty skies above the properties have become more valuable as they offer developers to increase the size of the buildings in CBD.
By buying the air rights, the developer can take the space and then transfer it to another building.
The fringe area of Sydney is in demand in the developers as the tenants and investors move away from the city zone.
For the planned development, CWE Sydney and Savills will take the leasing.
Phil Montgomery, from Savills head of research, says the value proposition in the Alexandria area is a compelling proposition for those tenants who wants to close the proximity to the city without paying office rents.
Montgomery said, by 2022-23, A-grade Sydney CBD's gross rents will come in between $1450 and $1500 per Sqm. As 40 to 50% differential for similar property in Alexandria.
It is said that Sydney's south-eastern fringe has good value, which is complemented by the residential projects.

BJP released fourth list of candidates for Maharashtra elections
Eknath Khadse and Cabinet Minister Vinod Tawde not named in fourth list released by BJP for Maharashtra Elections.
The BJP released the fourth list on Friday of seven candidates for the Maharashtra Assembly elections. Two former ministers Eknath Khadse, Prakash Mehta and Cabinet Minister Vinod Tawde are not named in it. Khadse is considered the second big face of BJP in Maharashtra after Chief Minister Fadnavis. The party has given ticket to his daughter Rohini from Muktai Nagar seat in place of Khadse. At the same time, Sunil Rane has been fielded in place of Tawde from Borivali seat and Parag Shah in place of Mehta from Ghatkopar East seat. Voting will be held on October 21 for the 288 seats of the state, the results will come on the 24th.
Khadse is considered to be the big face of the BJP in Maharashtra, yet the reason for not giving him a ticket was that Eknath Khadse had to resign as Revenue Minister in 2016 after allegations of corruption. He is an MLA from Muktai Nagar since 1991. He has a significant influence in this area. The party did not want to offend him, so his daughter Rohini has been given a ticket by the party. Earlier on Tuesday, Eknath Khadse filed an independent nomination.
BJP has announced its candidates for 150 seats. BJP has already released three lists for the assembly elections. The first list included 125, 14 in the second, 4 candidates in the third. And in this list, BJP has put the names of 4 candidates.
