A man shot a woman and then drove her to hospital
Yesterday a conflict between a 40-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman took place in the northern part of Adelaide. They were sitting in the car, when the man shot the woman's hand. Then he immediately drove her to the nearest hospital. The injure turned out to be not dangerous for life.
Police have arrested the man, he has been charged with using a gun and threatening the woman's life. He was refused bail and is to face the Adelaide's court tomorrow.
The woman said the reason for shooting was a conflict between them. Their car was taken for the expertise.

Disabled teenager's death in SA could be prevented
Three years ago a teenage girl with serious health problem died because of choking, she swallowed a latex glove. The 16-year-old had cerebral palsy and autism. At that fatal night she was found unconscious in the bathroom of one of Adelaide's medical centres.
Now the expert says that this death could be avoided as everyone knew that the girl used to put everything in her mouth, anyway, no one removed dangerous thing for her. He adds she needed more thorough care and control, but the care she had, was absolutely inadequate.
The teenager's parents say they hope such terrible thing will not happen to children anymore. The expert said that hospitals have to provide disabled children with enough care and take their features into account.
Manga and anime ban in SA
The government of South Australia has raised the question of selling books and magazines with explicit content. Firstly it is referred to manga and anime comics which have lots of sexual images not suitable for children.
Two politicians told that criminal code of the state bans any pictures of such kind in any South Australian store. But the government member found loads of publications with pictures of children's exploitation. So, as it turned out, not every item undergoes Classification Board. There were even cases of imprisonment because of keeping explicit contents with children in Adelaide.
Now these two politicians are going to launch a new law of better control of things that are sold in the state.
A nurse was knocked by a patient
A nurse in one of Adelaide's hospitals has been recently found faint in one patient's room. She was without pulse and had some injures. Later it turned out it was the patient's attack. She has been immediately given the needed aid and undergone treatment. Now she is in normal condition.
There have been already questions about medical staff in hospitals in South Australia. It was not the first accident of its kind this year in Adelaide. SA Health is to be responsible for wellness of its workers and its director said they are concerned about the happened and are trying to improve the medical system in the state and to do it better.

Car and train crash in Adelaide
Yesterday a car and a train smashed in the nothern part of Adelaide. Police were called to the scene just after the afternoon. Two people who were in Ford have been killed. Police have closed the street and are now investigating and asking the witnesses. It is known surely that there are no stop signs at the place. The train driver tried to stop the vehicle but it took almost 2000 metres to stop. It was a freight train who drove from Perth to Melbourne. Police is going to watch some records from the train's camera before making any consequences.
Military veterans help to restore building in Adelaide
Adam Weinert is a military veteran who lives in Adelaide Hills. After the terrible bushfires, which broke through the Hills, his house was completely destroyed. Mr Weinert felt absolutely devastated after that. But recently his mates from the army decided to help him to clear and somehow restore the house.
This is Team Rubicon, the organization that helps victims of the bushfires. Its members are mostly veterans. Mr Weinert felt so grateful and could not believe this was possible. It took several days to clear his territory and according to his word, the volunteers found the main things - Weinert's war rewards and medals.
The volunteers say emotional support is as important as physical as they met so many emotionally broken people during their help missions.
Equinor and great drilling in SA
The Great Australian Bight in SA has recently become an object for great drilling. One Norwegian oil company decided to cooperate with Equinot and invested big amount of money into the drilling, despite great ecological opposition. They do not inform how much money, but it is known that it was for basic materials and setting the equipment.
But today the director of Equinor informed that they withdraw this plan. Many politicians became disappointed because of that. But possible reason of refusal is climate change and all the difficulties Equinor might face. Now a lot of countries refuse to use oil and, potentially, this project may not be interesting for investors even in the nearest future.

Oldest legendary motorcycle will be seen at Queensland in a world exclusive exhibition
A Michaux-Perreaux steam vélocipède, the world's oldest bike in existence, is coming to Brisbane in a unique world exhibition. The city will showcase the legendary and innovative bike from the past 150 years in the show, The Motorcycle: Design, Art, Desire. The bike will be seen running from November 28 to April 26, 2021.
Apart from this inventive motorcycle, the world exclusive exhibition for Brisbane's Gallery of Modern Art will feature over 100 bikes from 1860 to 2020, which included both private and public collections of motorbikes. Other motorcycles like Majestic 350, The Great Escape, Easy Rider, and Australian-made 1951 Vincent 998cc Black Lightning will also be showcased in the exhibition. The highlight of the show will include the first steam-powered velocipede and oldest-known motorcycle in the world, Michaux-Perreaux.

A Sydney burger chain turned off as a popular and celebrated US fast food outlet, "In-N-Out Burger," and named it "Down N' Out." The Federal Court has found out this trademark infringement. Hashtag Burgers, the wonder of Sydney chain, was also prosecuted before in 2017 for taking the name and similar logo of a California based restaurant.
"Down N' Out" was established in Sydney in 2016 and was recognized in the CBD, Penrith, Wollongong, Crows Nest, Ryde, and the Gold Coast. The owners of Down N' Out, Benjamin Kagan and Andrew Saliba, were called for a train by the Federal court. They started that the "In-N-Out Burgers inspire them" and called all the accusations of a trademark wrong. Justice Katzmann called this case of a trademark as of "no coincidence" as both the logo and design got compiled.

В Сочи поиск пропавших подростков будет продолжен в ночное время
Исследования будут проводиться вдоль побережья. Пропавших без вести мальчиков разыскивают двести шестьдесят спасателей из Министерства чрезвычайных ситуаций, а также волонтеры, работники полиции, российская гвардия и представители казачества. Ещё работает следственная группа.
Уже обследовано двести двадцать шесть километров береговой линии, 85,6 км2 акватории, и плавстредствами МЧС около двухсот км2. Подводный спуск был проведен спасателями из ЮРПСО МЧС, и было обследовано 100 м2 русла реки и дна. К сожалению, погодные условия не позволяют полностью организовать использование дайвинг-групп.
«Мы знали, что в устье было углубление до 5-ти метров, сначала мы его осмотрели. Видимость во время погружения была не более 50-70 сантиметров. К сожалению, из-за шторма, невозможно сделать спуски в море, шторм в два-три балла и никакой видимости », - заявил спасатель Лазаревского подразделения ЮРПСО МЧС России Алексей Еничев.
